Bowling Green Metalforming – an operating unit of Magna International, is a supplier to the automotive industry, supporting companies including General Motors Bowling Green Assembly Plant and Ford Motor Co. in Louisville.

Working through contractor Wieland of Lansing Michigan, Lyons Company designed and constructed the HVAC, plumbing, and process utility systems for the new 1,000,000 square foot hydroforming manufacturing facility. The project was constructed within an aggressive 12 month timeline and included over 40,000 linear feet of process utility piping.

Major systems included process utilities for compressed air, chilled water, cooling water, and process water all consisting primarily of 304 stainless steel material.
