Lyons Mechanical Services (Lyons) is pleased to announce the promotion of Chad Childress to the role of President. Chad has been a valued member of the Lyons team since 1996, when he began his career as an HVAC service technician. Over the past 29 years, he has developed a reputation for exceptional technical expertise and a deep commitment to both our clients and fellow Team Members.
Most recently, serving as Operations Manager, Chad has been instrumental in shaping the standards that drive Lyons’ success in safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. As President, he will lead the company’s continued growth and innovation, with a focus on business development, customer retention, promoting a Culture of Safety and Proactive World-Class Service, expanding maintenance agreements, and delivering high-quality projects.
Chad’s promotion follows the retirement of Denise Lyons Dickinson, who served as President of Lyons Mechanical Services with dedication and vision. Representing the third generation of family leadership, Denise held several different roles throughout the organization—from Accounts Payable Clerk to Project Manager, CAD Operator, HR Manager, Finance Executive, and ultimately President. Her leadership helped shape Lyons into the respected, people-focused company it is today.
