Project Manager
This position requires 5+ years experience in commercial/industrial construction; design/build experience is a plus.
This individual must have the ability to manage multiple projects and interact well with customers and field personnel.
Responsibilities include the purchase of materials and equipment, contract administration, processing submittals, safety and
risk management, scheduling of resources, cost projections and progress billings. Salary is negotiable. Competitive benefits

Sheetmetal Installer
This position requires experience in, and an appropriate certification/license for the installation of sheetmetal ductwork
and related equipment in commercial/industrial mechanical systems. Wages are commensurate with experience and ability.
